I was wondering how higher gas prices would effect the value of efficient vehicles. The value of large gas guzzling vehicles is plunging leaving some people without any options to get out of their auto loan if they wanted to buy a more efficient vehicle. According to this article, the value of Prius’ is growing incredibly which says a lot since it is a vehicle that has retained its value really well over the last couple of years. People are even offering $3000 over the suggested MSRP! Crazy! By the way, people always ask what kind of milage I get in my 07’ prius. Currently I get 45 MPG. Liza gets 48-50 MPG when she drives in ideal 40-45 MPH traffic. In related news, check this out.
